I respect the typical African woman. They are part of the reason I love being not only African but proudly Nigerian!
I mean, what could be better than the creative hairstyles they do…they sure know how to wear ’em hair. It has to be in the black blood…that uniqueness.
As much as I do admire these crazy hairdos, realistically, I ask myself “Would I wear it?”
I remember growing up and how my mum would take time to thread my natural ‘Afro’. She never ran out styles… Talk about being creative!
It’s funny how these weird Afro-Nigerian styles are back in full swing, and a lot of ladies are now wearing these ‘rejected’ hairdos!
Stephanie Linus recently premiered her movie, ‘Dry’, at the Silverbird Galleria on Sunday, which was attended by 2 of Nollywood’s favorite stars, Genevieve Nnaji and Rita Dominic.
These 2 women are ‘famous’ for ‘fracturing’ necks of men, but I must admit that lately, Rita has taken her shine to another level. The rate at which she’s shining these days, I’m definite she must be in a relationship! I know a woman doesn’t need to be with a man to look good, but there’s this glow that comes with been in a relationship…omo forget!
In the past, Genevieve used to shine, but I don’t understand what’s going on?…Rita is just not agreeing!
Anyways, this is what they wore at the premiere. So you tell me whose look you prefer.
These bags are so in now…wondering why though!
Some chics argue that these bags can be worn on romantic outings…Hmmmm!
So what do you think? Is it worth having?

Enough pics already!…I could go on and on. Point is, I could ‘die’ for these shoes!
These are Classic Kilim Loafers (Yes, by Artemis Design Co.). You know, I’m not usually a shoe-freak but these ones will definitely freak you!
They are not only classy, comfy and could match any outfit you desire (apart from Iro and Buba!), they are so summer-ready!
You can wear them with your cropped Denim pants, summer dress, just about anything. Ehm…they are a teeny weeny bit pricey though…but not to worry, if you are like me, the ‘numbers’ shouldn’t matter that much!
Just run and get yours, it’s been sold out like crazy. I’m hopeful, that whoever is reading this will get me a pair. Size 41…Thanks for asking. #JustThinkingOutLoud
