Yeah, it is what it is…anti-stress smoothie.
This is a perfect smoothie to have after a hard day’s work. I’m planning to make one though…
• 2 cups frozen blueberries
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
• 1 medium banana
• 4 to 6 ice cubes
• 1 tablespoon honey
• Whipped cream and lavender sprigs (optional)
Method of Preparation
1. Combine blueberries, milk, frozen yogurt, banana, ice and honey in blender.
2. Blend for 1 minute or until mixture is frothy and ice is finely crushed.
3. Pour into 4 glasses.
4. Garnish with whipped cream and lavender.
Serve immediately (makes 4 servings).
Note : Use unsprayed sprigs of lavender from the supermarket or floral shop.
